Information Systems Management Studies

Synergy75 conducts management studies to review information systems installations to evaluate their operational effectiveness. These studies are designed to detect weaknesses and develop recommendations for solutions. On request, we can also monitor the implementation of the solution.

Our management possesses broad managerial and technical experience spanning over 20 years in both the public and private sectors. In addition to our technical capabilities, we possess a broad-based knowledge of subject matter areas including, but not limited to, accounting, budgeting, billing, payroll, and project management.

We draw from a cadre of information technology professionals from diverse backgrounds who perform as a project team.  We build our project teams by carefully matching the skills required by the project and the skills of potential team members.

Our management firmly believes in the concept of using management control mechanisms to provide early detection of potential problems. Each project is conducted using proven project control techniques, with an emphasis on the use of structured analysis and design where the project involves requirements analysis and design activities. The first task of all projects is the development of a project work plan and schedule. Each work plan provides for check-point/review activities at regular intervals with status reporting to management.

As needed, we also identify information needs and formulate recommendations to management related to potential candidate functions for automation.  We provide overall system design options and hardware recommendations where indicated.
